We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to ordering. All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, which can take up to 2 to 3 days from the time we begin shipping orders. We ship within 48 hours of receiving orders. If we are out of stock of a particular item, you are able to back order & we will email you to confirm your order and ask if you would like to make another selection.

✨️RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products , we do not accept any returns once the package has been opened. If you have received the wrong order send us an email at contact@luxuriabathing.com immediately and we will respond within 24 hours. Please do not open the bath product, once you open the item(s), we can not accept it for return or refund. Our bathing essentials products are very personal items and we want to ensure safe protocols for our customers and staff. You have 14 days to return an item from the date you receive your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
We (Luxuria Bathing Essentials) are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. We will only replace items that have been deemed defective. Please submit an email and photos to contact@luxuriabathing.com. The original order invoice must accompany all returns.
✨️REFUNDS: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please submit a brief explanation by email to contact@luxuriabathing.com. We will response within 24 hours of receiving your email, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refund. Refunds will be reviewed & processed within 24 hours. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for refunds to be process.
